At The Link Art, we want you to love every piece of décor you receive. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund if:
The item arrived damaged or defective.
You received the wrong product
You changed your mind and return the item within 7 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging
2. Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Items returned after 7 days
- Products that have been used, installed, or altered Items without original packaging
- Custom-made or clearance items (unless damaged)
3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a return or refund: Email us at [support@thelinkart.com] with your order number, reason for return, and a photo (if the item is damaged or incorrect). Our support team will review and respond within 2 business days. If approved, we’ll share return instructions and shipping details.
4. Return Shipping
For damaged or incorrect items, we’ll cover return shipping. For other reasons (e.g. change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original item and place a new order.
